I (the undersigned) authorize Codefied Inc. (the “Company”), and any person acting on the Company’s behalf, to use my post, including any photographs, videos, audio recordings, testimonials, reviews or other content therein (collectively “Materials”) for the Company’s business purposes. I understand that the Company’s business purposes include, but are not limited to, the creation of Web sites, publicly promoting the Company’s business and other external marketing. I understand that the Materials are the Company’s property and will not be returned. I understand I will not be compensated for such Materials or any use by the Company thereof.

I hereby irrevocably authorize the Company, or any person acting on its behalf, to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish or distribute any of the Materials for the purposes described above. In addition, I consent to such use or disclosure without my prior inspection or approval of the finished product, including written or electronic copy, wherein the Materials appear or are used by the Company.

I understand that the Company is not responsible for any use or disclosure of any of the Materials not authorized by the Company. I hold the Company harmless from any loss, damage or injury resulting from any such unauthorized use or disclosure.

This authorization shall be binding on my heirs, successors and assigns. I acknowledge that I am at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to grant this authorization.

This authorization shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
