Conquerors from across the country came together to strategize their business goals for 2023, connect with others in their field, and of course, have some fun along the way! Kyle Maynard motivated Conquerors with his inspirational story
Kyle Maynard was this year’s keynote speaker for CONQUER Summit, and to say his story was inspiring doesn’t even begin to do it justice. Kyle is an incredible human being full of grit and rigor.
Kyle is an entrepreneur, speaker, best-selling author, and award-winning extreme athlete. If that wasn’t impressive enough, he also happens to be the first man to bear crawl to the top of the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro (19,340 feet), and the Summit of Argentina’s Mount Aconcagua (22,838 feet) – the highest peak in both the Western and Southern Hemispheres. His feat is the perfect metaphor for the climb home service business owners take to grow their businesses daily.
Kyle was born with a rare condition known as congenital amputation, which left him with arms that end at the elbows and legs that end near his knees. He learned early on to live life independently and without prosthetics. He is on a mission to inspire others by sharing his story and living by example with his “No Excuses” take on life.
Kyle lit up the room as he shared the triumphs of his journey and the pitfalls he faced along the way. Our Conquerors were inspired by Kyle’s resilience, can-do attitude, and never give up spirit. These qualities are essential mantras they could latch onto and apply to their own businesses back home.
Conquerors built community
There’s nothing like being in a room filled with peers pursuing the same goals you are. Those who attended the CONQUER Summit were inspired to reach new heights in their industry, achieve fresh goals for their business, and collaborate with others in a meaningful way.
“It’s definitely my favorite event of the year because I always walk away with a clear plan of where my business is going for the year, and I love catching up with friends I’ve met along the way, in person and not on a Zoom call,” said Daniel C.
It’s that sense of community that keeps our Conquerors going through the ups and downs. Knowing there are fellow business owners out there, deep in the trenches going through the same things together is the keystone of the CONQUER community.
